Summary: Check in process was easy and simple. Location to the beach is about five steps, host has excellent communication, plenty of beds for everyone and 3 bathrooms. No bugs no dust no spiderwebs. Every time I sent the host a message she answered me instantly. I would have been good with a couple of hours for a response but no, she answered me within minutes every single time. She’s very nice and helpful.

Summary: The property was perfect for our family. The layout was great with room for all to have their own space. The back patio was lovely and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The wooden path to the beach was right by our house and the hosts provided all of the beach chairs that we needed, umbrellas and a wagon to carry them. The ocean was a beautiful blue and our grandsons loved the waves. Thank you for providing so many wonderful amenities that made it so easy to have a wonderful vacation and time with loved ones. We are very thankful.

Summary: Great location and “beach amenities” for a family flying in. Plenty of chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for adults, teens and kids alike. The ability to rent the golf cart and drive the gear to the beach was great.

Summary: This beautiful beach house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. They did not miss a thing! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and views of the water from practically every window. The main balcony is relaxing and covered from the sun and the lights at night give it perfect ambiance. Hostess was extremely responsive and the extras were super sweet from a Father’s Day balloon to bubbles for our 9 year old, snacks and wine. First Airbnb that had sharp knives for cooking! A++++ Thank you Nicole for a perfect Father’s Day stay!

Summary: Unfortunately it was a rainy, cool visit but accommodations were comfortable even being inside a bit. Third floor bedroom is a loft style so sounds travel easily from main floor.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and the stay was extremely comfortable! Location was great - easy walk to the beach and there was every beach need you could ask for at the home! The home was very well stocked with anything we needed. Nicole was wonderful to work with and answered any question promptly! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
